The 1st LD Democrats Endorsement Meeting
The meeting will be July 16th from 7-9pm, one week after the Picnic and Candiate Forum, at the Bothell Public Library

All PCOs and members in good standing will be eligible to vote on the candidates.
The candidates will not be participating, this is our opportunity to talk about our impressions of them, and to decide who we will support as the First LD Democrats.

Please join us at the picnic to hear the candidates, and then at the endorsement meeting.

The annual First LD Picnic and Candidate Forum

This is our annual potluck, fund-raiser, and more important the best chance to meet the candidates!
It will be from 6:00p-9:30p Thursday July 9th at Cedar Grove Park in Bothell (address is below).
Candidates for many offices - including King County Executive & Assesor, Snohomish County Council, and others - are expected to join us.

They will each have an opportunity to speak to the body as a whole, as well as time to meet & greet those attending. This gives YOU time to ask those questions most critical to you.

A week later, on July 16th, we will be voting on the endorsements, so this is your best chance to prepare and be informed.
Of course, this is also A POTLUCK and SOCIAL EVENT. It's a great chance to bring out your families, talk with the other members of the First LD, and share your favorite dish. Hot dogs & hamburgers will be provided, but please bring your favorite side dishes, veggies, salad, desserts (love those!), bread, chips, whatever you like. If you can't figure out what to bring, e-mail jkeithbdem@hotmail.com, and I'll come up with a suggestion.
A $5 donation is requested, to help pay for the location, and the hamburgers & hotdogs that will be provided.
