Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs)
A Democratic Precinct Committee Officer, PCO, is the elected neighborhood representative of the Democratic Party. A precinct consists of 300 to 600 registered voters, or about 180 to 360 households. PCOs run for office on the Primary Election Ballot in even numbered years.

Helping to find yard sign locations and putting up and maintaining yard signs.
Writing letters-to-the-editor.
